Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
- Establishing sales objectives and devising effective sales strategies.
- Researching potential leads and generating prospective clients.
- Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Preparing and delivering quotes and proposals.
Guiding the sales process using specialized software tools. - Developing and managing a comprehensive CRM database.
- Attaining monthly sales targets in a consistent manner.
Requirements for the Sales Executive role:
- A degree in BE or Diploma, relevant to the field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a strong sales aptitude.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Impressive telephone etiquette and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales-oriented software.
